After seeing two Mig 17's fly at an airshow and also sitting inside a Mig 15 at a museum. It was obvious I needed to design one. I decided to use a split intake system and have a battery compartment between the air intakes. The design was a huge surprise. I figured the design would fly like a sport jet and tend to tip stall. This is far from the truth. I now consider this to be a beginner EDF. Its easy to throw and easy to fly in all conditions. It even handles wind really well.
