Simple 50mm EDF thrust standFree

I’ve always been searching for a simple easy thrust stand and I’ve never found one. Especially for 50 mm fans that typically don’t have any mounting tabs. This Russ stand is fully printable in PLA. It comes with three different sized rings. The large ring fits Motors like Power fun and QX. The small Fitz fans like X fly and FMS.

You can print three bases and one of each of the sizes. Simply glue the test rig onto the base right in the middle. All you need to do is have a hot glue gun and place three evenly placed beads of hot glue on the chamfer close to the fan. 10 mm each is all you need. When you’re done testing Simply run a knife into the hot glue and the fan will pull right out
