viggen_90mm_edf_monster_viggen_aircraft_image_1

This model flies exactly like my 64mm version does just way more power and more roll authority. same setup and build as all my other planes.

Build Plate 250mm x 250 x 250. You can still print his if you know how to slice parts slightly smaller. Its very easy but i just sliced it for a 250mm.

The EDF hole is designed to fit a wide mouth 90mm (EPF hobby Mercury Alloy) but it will fit anything with some modifications. I will provide shims with the download once I get a new regular style EDF to try in there.

Parts Needed

90MM edf and ESC.
STRONG MG 9g or recommended 17G MG for elevons
9G MG servos for the canards
any style control horns. Stronger the better. You will need to either drill or cut small holes for them
1.2mm push rod wire worked for me
Velcro
CA glue for everything but the EDF and the EDF cover. I hot glue the EDF into the slot only near the mounting tabs and around the Bell mount. never underneath the EDF or you wont get it out again. Then i use hot glue on the EDF hatch cover.
