Extremely satisfied and happy with how well this model went during the design process, printing process and the building and flying. Even the CG was dead on for the first throw.
The U2 flies like a trainer but I cant say its a Beginner plane. its long and flies like a glider so you need to know how to judge the landing. The hand launch can be done by almost anyone!

Build tips:
you can glue the whole fuselage together before wire running.
I recommend placing the carbon spar through the fuselage and place the wings on but dont glue them. run the servo extensions through the wing parts before gluing everything together.
3D printing settings
always dial in your printer for Active foaming LW PLA. Once you have.
1 wall
2 top and 2 bottom layers
use 3% grid infill for the fuselage.
4% grid for the wings
5% grid for the control surfaces
also use 5% grid for the horizontal tails and the final fuselage tail section that holds the horizonal tails
Canopy latch should be regular PLA
